Shipping policy

We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 and 48 services as well as DPD Overnight services to ship to our customers. What service we used is determined by you at checkout.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 - This service aims to deliver within 48hrs of Royal Mail receiving the parcel in to their sorting office. This means 48hrs from the first scan which will be visible on tracking. This delivery time is an aim, not a guarantee and is subject to any delays that Royal Mail may face.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 - This service aims to deliver within 24hrs of Royal Mail receiving the parcel in to their sorting office. This means 24rs from the first scan which will be visible on tracking. This delivery time is an aim, not a guarantee and is subject to any delays that Royal Mail may face.

DPD Overnight - Parcels using DPD are sent using a trackable overnight service. Generally delivery times are within 2-3 days of despatch however these are subject to any delays that DPD may be facing.

It is important to note that our couriers are separate from us and when we despatch the parcel from our warehouse it is no longer under our control. While we always do our best to support our couriers and customers, issues arising between despatch and delivery are beyond our control and usually require additional time to resolve.
