To join our rewards program and access exclusive discounts whenever you like, just use the Rewards widget in the bottom right corner of our website. Click 'Join Now' to create an account with us to track your rewards. Plus, creating your account makes any future checkouts faster by saving your details and preferred shipping address. If you've purchased from us before, make sure to use the same email address when creating your account as this will enable you to get the points from your prior purchase.

Your rewards are controlled through the widget in the bottom right corner of the site. To redeem your points, open the widget and click on ways to redeem. Depending on how many points you have you may see options to redeem or progress bars beside each reward. If you see a redeem option, click it and follow the next steps.
No. Your rewards, you're in control. If you would like to redeem some of your points for a discount on your order, use the slider to select how many you would like to redeem after clicking through from the ways to redeem screen. Any remaining points can be user another time.
As the shipping discount is a set amount of points, this will be taken off your points total. The rest of your points can be used another time.
Our order discount rewards go up in increments of 100 and as such, you'll need at least 100 points to be able to get a reward. Take a look at our ways to earn section, you'll have 100 points in no time!

Refer friends using your referral link, which you'll find by clicking in to the widget and looking for the refer your friends section. You can send the link directly from the widget via Facebook, Twitter or Email. Alternatively, copy the link and send it to your friend however you like. Note that the link must be used in order for the points to be applied.
When purchasing, please make sure to either log in to your account using the widget or to use the same email when checking out that you have to create your account. Our rewards program uses the email address to track activity so using a different email will mean you won't receive your points.
